What to expect

Resilience and innovation in a changing world

Sustainability Unlocked is an afternoon and evening summit designed for sustainability leaders who want to step back from day-to-day delivery and focus on the forces reshaping their work.

The main programme begins in the afternoon with a keynote address and interactive deep-dive sessions, bringing together sustainability leads from across our customer base and broader community. Sessions are designed to encourage discussion and practical exchange, with a focus on how organisations are adapting their sustainability strategies in response to rapid technological change and global uncertainty.

This year’s programme centres on two critical shifts we are seeing across the market.

AI and sustainability workflows

The rapid expansion of AI presents a major opportunity for sustainability teams. We will explore how organisations are using AI to improve workflows across reporting, data management, and performance management, and how teams can unlock efficiency and insight while maintaining accuracy, transparency, and control.

The shifting political landscape

The geopolitical climate in 2026 is forcing many organisations to move beyond a purely compliance-led approach to sustainability. As regulatory certainty evolves, sustainability efforts are increasingly focused on energy independence, operational resilience, and long-term value creation. This session will examine how sustainability leaders are responding in practice.

As the formal programme concludes, the summit transitions into an evening social hour with drinks, small bites, and live music. This is an opportunity to continue conversations, strengthen relationships, and connect with peers in a relaxed setting.

Speakers and sessions

We are finalising the 2026 line-up now. You will hear from:

  • Industry leaders sharing how they are navigating today’s sustainability and risk landscape
  • Practitioners talking candidly about implementation realities
  • KEY ESG specialists with practical insights on data, governance, assurance, and value creation

Full speaker list and agenda coming soon.
