Our Story

Founded by two private equity and management consulting professionals, KEY ESG was founded to solve the inefficiency and inaccuracy of ESG management processes for investors and companies. Whether it’s helping our customers collect ESG data, analytics, reporting or compliance, the desire to solve their challenges underpins our product development approach. Our roadmap is defined in consultation with our customers to address their specific needs.

Since our inception in 2021, we have delivered on our promise to provide our customers with jargon-free ESG management software. We empower business users across every function to collaborate on ESG management and take ownership of their company’s ESG narrative. We understand that many ESG reporting processes are in place due to regulatory requirements, so we ensure that completing compliance obligations is as streamlined as possible. Whatever your ESG ambition is – we help you to achieve it.

Ivan brings extensive tech team leadership to KEY ESG's development team.

James Beer

Lead UX Designer
James brings a decade's worth of SaaS data visualisation eperience and a passion for sustainability to the development team at KEY ESG. He works very closely with clients to ensure our app reflects their needs and is customer-centric and user-friendly.

Noor van Houte

Product Lead
Noor has prior experience both as SaaS implementation consultant from Acenture, and software development. In her role at KEY ESG she ensures our client onboarding is seamless and keeps the feedback loop between our customers and our product development tight.

Trish van Soesbergen

ESG Specialist
Trish joined KEY ESG following a career in infrastructure managing ESG practices for media and telecoms businesses. She brings hands-on experience of managing in-house ESG processes to the team.

Heleen van Poecke

CEO & Co-Founder
Heleen bring a career in private equity, SaaS and a Harvard MBA to the management team at KEY ESG.

Anne-Marie Schoonbeek

COO & Co-Founder
Anne-Marie founded KEY ESG following a career in management consulting at McKinsey New York and holds an MBA from Harvard Bsuiness School. As part of her role as COO, she shapes ESG regulations as a working group member at leading advisory associations on ESG such as EFRAG and XBRL.

Cornelia Reisenberger

Account Executive
Cornelia bring experience from SaaS sales and account management to KEY ESG. She work sclosely with clients to define onboarding processes which suit their ESG maturity and regulatory requirements.
