A tailored journey: onboarding in just 1–2 weeks
KEY ESG's onboarding is a four-phase journey that can be completed in as little as one to two weeks, depending on the scope and complexity of each client's needs. Every step is led by a dedicated Customer Success team and focused on giving users full ownership of their ESG reporting environment.
Phase 1: Introductory call and activation
This stage sets the tone for the entire onboarding experience. Clients meet their dedicated account manager and support team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process. We assess company structure, user roles, reporting frameworks, and training needs in order to prepare a tailored onboarding approach.
Phase 2: Preparation and customisation
