Growth/Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an ambitious marketing leader to drive the growth of our brand and business. KEY ESG is a tech company dedicated to building smart and intuitive ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) software capabilities that help businesses measure and improve their ESG metrics.

As our Growth/ Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with KEY ESG’s two founders to further build our online brand and lead generation machine. You’ll help set our marketing strategy, optimise lead generation across the funnel by applying a variety of growth channels and tactics to ensure that our target audience knows us and finds us. You’ll partner closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth MQL and SQL process.

We are looking for a go-getter, analytical and results-driven individual who is keen to drive impact to sell our product to investment firms and companies. With every software we sell, we help companies improve their ESG awareness and performance!

KEY ESG is a Harvard MBA founded software company, based in London. Our product has won the ESG Fintech100 award in 2022 and is loved by our active community of users!

Requirements

  • 3+ years proven experience of building and executing B2B campaigns in a B2B SAAS business - with demonstrable strong ROI
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with SEO and other in-bound marketing strategies
  • Hands-on knowledge of a marketing automation tools (ideally Hubspot), CRM System (ideally Salesforce) and analytic tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Ads
  • Experience with ESG / Sustainability topics is desirable. Enthusiasm for the topic is a requirement
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think ahead, engage pro actively and make great things happen

Skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills - proven copywriting skills a must.
  • Great organisational & time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills are required. Additional language capabilities would be a plus.

  • Data and result driven and hands-on: you enjoy achieving goals and working in a fast-paced, rapid-growth, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Able to work independently and adept at prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Excited to work at an early stage start-up and build out the marketing & sales functions from the ground up with the founding team.

How you’ll contribute to our team:

  • Drive our Persona and customer journeys, based on qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Own and deliver multi-channel demand generation campaigns with a significant focus on brand positioning and ROI - including email, events, digital and content.
  • Writing and testing copy that converts through web, paid digital, email campaigns and others.
  • Help us discover new channels for growth through an approach of rapid learning and experiments.
  • Ensure effective lead generation and top of funnel management with the help of CRM tools (Hubspot & Salesforce) as well as effective hand-over to sales.
  • You’ll manage and set the Marketing budget together with the CEO.
  • Manage relationships with external providers (PR, SEO agency, website agency, copy writer).You’ll provide strategic insight to guide the company’s Sales & Marketing go-to-market strategy.
  • Take full responsibility for each of your campaigns; delivering on time and on budget, with clear ROI or other metrics.
  • Evaluate these programs and report on campaign performance.
